The University of Zakho participated in the Second Middle East Education and Training Exhibition and the Kurdistan Education Forum, which commenced on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in Erbil.

The second edition of the event was held at the Erbil International Fair under the patronage of President Masoud Barzani, with the attendance of the Minister of Education in Kurdistan, several prominent figures in the field of education, and representatives from the Ministries of Education and Higher Education across Iraq.

The Vice President of the University for Student Affairs, Dr. Karwan F. Sami, participated in a panel discussion on the second day of the event. The discussion focused on higher education programs, providing employment opportunities for graduates, integrating technology into education, and leveraging it to enhance and advance the educational sector.
